Terms<\/h3>

1. Geographic applicability<\/strong>
This warranty is applicable only in the country where the door was purchased through authorized distribution channels.
2. Proof of purchase<\/strong>
To enable the warranty claim to proceed, the signed warranty card (included in the user manual) and the original invoice with the date of purchase must be provided.
3. Visual inspection<\/strong>
Visual inspection of door panels should be conducted from a distance of no less than 3 meters from the door.
4. Replacement panels<\/strong>
When replacing individual door panels, the new panel may have different color shades due to aging
and fading of old panels.
5. Warranty periods<\/strong>
Garage door sections (for all door models): 10 years against rust-through or foam delamination.
Residential sectional garage doors (R30, R40, R60, TL40, and TL60 model doors): 5 years for springs, cables, drums, rollers, and hinges under normal use (maximum 5 open-close cycles per day).
Industrial sectional doors (TLP40, TLP40-FV, TLP80, and TLT40 model doors): 5 years for springs,
cables, drums, rollers, and hinges under normal use (up to 10 open-close cycles daily).
Non-standard color painted doors and special design models (Okoume, Retro, Alumax): 2 years.
Wearing parts of SH1, SH2, and SSD model doors: 2 years.
6. Operators warranty<\/strong>
All operators (excluding LiftMaster):<\/strong> 2 years.
LiftMaster operators:<\/strong><\/p>

  • LM50EVFF-02: 2 years<\/li>
  • LM55EVF: 3 years<\/li>
  • LM60EVF, LM70EVF, LM70EVK-001, LM3800W, LM750EVGB: 5 years<\/li>
  • LM80EVF: 6 years<\/li>
  • LM100EVF: 8 years<\/li>
  • LM130EVF: 10 years<\/li><\/ul>

    Sommer operator system:<\/strong> 5 years for the system, motor, and motor controller. Consumables and wear parts (e.g., batteries, light bulbs) are excluded from the warranty.
    7. Exclusions<\/strong>
    The warranty does not cover:<\/p>

    • Mechanical damages due to improper transportation or handling.<\/li>
    • Mechanical damages due to improper installation, maintenance, or operation.<\/li>
    • Normal wear and tear.<\/li>
    • Deflection of door sections due to heat absorption (Bi-metal effect); dark-colored doors should be avoided in direct sunlight.<\/li>
    • Color shade changes caused by natural environmental influences.<\/li>
    • Humidity condensation.<\/li>
    • Damages caused by improper storage (in a humid environment, outdoors, or for longer than 3 months).<\/li>
    • Damages caused by lack of regular maintenance (proof-book registration required).<\/li>
    • Damages due to use of non-original parts.<\/li>
    • Damages caused by external influences such as salt, fire, water, acids, alkali, and abnormal environmental conditions (e.g., salty coastal regions).<\/li><\/ul>

      8. Production number<\/strong>
